Modern, mid century designs brought the automobile to the front door. Carports, sometimes were more prominent than the entry. This plan is interesting because it manages to incorporate into just 1280 sf, three bedrooms, a bath and a half, a decent living room, and a large playroom ... a mid century fixture. Very modern and easily one of the better layouts in the the book.
