1951 Research Designed Homes: Living Units
As one of the larger plans in the book, this one has a modern, almost institutional design. A flat roof, window walls at the rear, and a modern mix of exterior finishes define the state-of-the-art mid century style. The entrance with the stone wall that connects the detached garage with the façade has a very Eames - Aalto feel to it. The floor plan is strictly defined with living areas separated by the pass-through foyer.
