We might be splitting too fine a hair when we call this mid-century modern home "contemporary" style. By that we mean only that the style embodies the contemporary design trends of the 1950s which were often driven by modernists. At the same time, contemporary style is usually more comfortable and livable. The plan here is very open with a garden view layout, three bedrooms and one bath on the main floor. The garage, laundry, and utility area in the basement has a half bath.
