1955 National Plan Service "Homes of Individuality"

This split-level plan is interesting in that it dedicates proportionally more square footage to the bedrooms than to the main living area. It includes a double garage. Though we like the exterior appeal of this midcentury traditional, we think the plan is ill-suited for a family, though two adults might find this an ideal plan.
