This small Cape Cod home is just 1500 square feet. It has a little extra space because of the integrated garage, side porch, and offset kitchen, which is both attractive and clever. The bedroom on the main floor has a half bath nearby; this bath is also convenient to rest of the main floor. There's a dedicated dining room and very large living room. Outside access to utilities and laundry in the basement however are not so convenient.
