This plan can only be called a Midcentury Prairie Box. Updated with the characteristic corner windows and garage, it has the cubic shape of its earlier predecessor combined with midcentury amenities including a half bath on the main floor. The layout uses the garden view approach in which the living room and dining area look out over the back yard.
