1954 National Plan Service "Prelude to Happiness"
We love the look of this house, which was described as a "Contemporary Modern" in 1954. It has three bedrooms and a full bath plus a powder room with a pocket door. Though it's functional, we think the layout could be improved. This is a version of the modern "California Ranch" style popularized by Cliff May and Joseph Eichler during the 1950s and 60s.
