1954 National Plan Service "Prelude to Happiness"
This plan is more open than many of the plans in this collection. The living room is located in the stem of the T-shape and has a massive stone chimney for the living room fireplace. Two bedrooms and a bath-and-a-half provide enough space for a small family, but the multipurpose room could easily be converted to a third bedroom if desired. This plan comes in at about 1500 square feet of flexible living space.
