This modern plan has just a little over 1150 square feet of living space but manages to pull off a three-bedroom plan pretty niftily. A bank of closets separates the private spaces from the living rooms. The living room window wall opens onto a covered porch for an extra outdoor room. The kitchen is small and dining space is incorporated.
