This plan could accommodate a family of four or five fairly easily by converting the multi-use room to a third bedroom. The kitchen in both plans has a snack bar and ample built-in cabinetry. The living room is quite large with big windows for ample light. The bedrooms have higher windows to provide both light and privacy. And instead of a garage, this plan boasts a modern car port.
