This three-bedroom rambler employs a popular configuration that separates the working side of the home from the private quarters. A nice size living room has both a street side and the garden view with access to a rear terrace. A small dining ell adjoins it with convenient access from the kitchen. The total square footage is 1230, but we think it's one of the most functional plans in the book.
