Plan No. 7208, with its unusual S-shape, has almost 1300 square feet. It's a modern ranch with a pleasing circular flow from the entry to kitchen, dining, and living room. Two bedrooms and bath are located one side with the back bedroom forming one side of the terrace. The bathroom is unusual insofar as it has a neo-angle tub ... a feature you don't usually see in the plan books. The garage extends forward from the kitchen; oddly, it doesn't connect to the kitchen.
