1954 National Plan Service "Prelude to Happiness"
This house plan could easily be described as a minimal traditional, transitional, rambler, or early ranch. A breezeway connects a double-car garage with the 1100 square foot, single-story house. It allows a snack space in the kitchen and a dining area that flows into the large living room. Though it has some nice features, we think the flow between the living room and dining room could pose some decorating challenges to optimize space usage.
