1954 National Plan Service "Prelude to Happiness"

This small ranch has a classic 50s face, low-slung profile, and several attractive features in the hipped roof, glass block lights in the entry, and corner windows. The floor plan isn't ideal, however. The garage is inconvenient to the kitchen and the kitchen itself is oddly laid out. The living room - dining room arrangement is nice though. This small house plan is just 1100 square feet.
