1954 National Plan Service "Prelude to Happiness"

This plan has the coolest color scheme in the book and we really like the enclosed garden and covered entry. It's very small with just 928 square feet of living space. Two small bedrooms and a bath are shown. The basement version has no dedicated dining space, but does provide easy access to the backyard. The non-basement version has a dining area but awkward access to the backyard through the garage.
