1954 National Plan Service "Prelude to Happiness"
A Colonial style with its roots in the Cape Cod tradition, this house plan has about 1000 square feet. Two bedrooms and bath occupy about half the plan. Two versions are shown — with and without the basement. The major difference is the presence of a dining area in one compared with an eat-in kitchen in the other.
