This L-shaped plan has several nice features in addition to offering an attractive ranch façade. The attached garage has convenient access to the kitchen, which is something of a rarity in the earlier plan books. The kitchen also has easy access to the covered back porch which is convenient for alfresco dining as well as the small dining area next to the living room.
