This plan has 1184 square feet of living space in a modern home that is essentially two overlapping squares. The street side square contains the three bedrooms and bath and the rear square comprises the living spaces that include a study. This plan with its flat roof and ribbon windows recalls the horizontality of early Prairie style homes.
