Design 5007 is a transitional style split level that is vintage 50s. It's a very small house with just over a thousand square feet of living space. The single-car garage opens conveniently to the galley kitchen. The layout is the "garden view" style with the kitchen at the front of the home and the living-dining area at the rear for maximum privacy. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bath; downstairs a laundry and furnace share space that was probably used as a playroom, which could probably easily accommodate a third bedroom and bath.
