Design V-30 is a Minimal Traditional two-story plan. Billed as a Colonial, it's a modern interpretation of a plan that Americans apparently couldn't get enough of. The main floor plan shows little innovation from pre-war designs. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a sewing room, and master suite. In total, this plan has two bathrooms and a powder room ... quite a grand plan for a mid-40s plan book.
