After World War II, one of the most prevalent styles was the Minimal Traditional. Design V-24 is a good example. It has two bedrooms and one bath, a centered living room facing the street with an open floor plan. The dining space, with corner windows, expands the living room but is convenient to the modest kitchen. The garage is set back and attached to the house with practical access to the kitchen. It has a few minor design deficiencies that would be easily remedied.
