Arguably there are few design details that would identify this as a Georgian style home with the exception of the door surround. The stonework was likely to have been a faux-stone facing, which was introduced before World War II. The cantilevered second floor is reminiscent of the Garrison Colonial. Nevertheless, it was traditional and modern, which was the prevailing demand in the US from 1945-55.
