We like the easy functionality of the Meadowbrook. It's just 1500 square feet but the full shared bath has a double vanity with two sinks, and the three bedrooms are reasonably sized this size house. The living room has a raised fireplace and large Thermopane windows and a reall dining room must have thrilled a good many buyers. The kitchen is set between the laundry area with a half bath and an open family room. Liberty offered this kit for $7625.
