The Colonial Ranch was a popular subtype, especially with buyers who the many Early American interiors that proliferated throughout the 1950s and 60s. Rustic maple furniture and chintz curtains mixed with antiques that many Americans treasured. There are three bedrooms, a small den, two bathrooms and a back to back pair of fireplaces in the living and family rooms. The square footage was 1728, so there was plenty of room for a bunch o' Boomer babies.
