The Cortland
1960 Liberty Ready Cut Homes by Lewis Manufacturing
The Cortland was a small house by 1960s standards coming in at under 1000 square feet. It was obviously intended as a starter house with its two bedrooms and single bath. However, like other plans in this catalog, the Cortland offered several configurations that would have appealed to different buyers. It's a transitional '50s style and could be categorized as a ranch or minimal traditional.
