The Beachwood
1960 Liberty Ready Cut Homes by Lewis Manufacturing
Of the plans offered in the 1960 catalog, the Beachwood model is the largest and most expensive. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, and what we now call a "great room" were a few of the features shown in this 1857 square foot plan. The style is a modern ranch with clean lines and the large windows so populular in this style. Thermopane insulated windows were available for buyers who wanted to conserve energy.
