All the plans in the 1939 New Liberty Homes catalog were small, but the Van Dyke has close to 1600 sf of living area. Dutch Colonials had been popular for decades and during the 30s continued to be in demand. This plan is nicely balanced with many common amenities. The three bedrooms are comparatively large, but there is just one bathroom.
