The Richmond is another late 30s-style Cape Cod, but somewhat grander than others in the same catalog. This one has the dormers and an interesting gabled entry. The center hall plan has a large, but long livingroom with a fireplace. A toilet is located on the main floor next to the kitchen with the full bath located upstairs. It's designed with a full basement for additional storage.
