The Newport is a classic Cape Cod ... symmetrical, dignified, timeless. Like many homes offered during the 1930s through the Post WWII period, this plan was offered with and without a finished second floor. Though it's less than 800 sf on the main floor, with the second floor finished it would be about 1200 sf.
