The Castlewood is available in two models: with a bathroom and without. The footprint of this plan encompasses 572 sf. It's particularly interesting from the standpoint of seeing that even in the late 30s, people had houses built without indoor plumbing. Castlewood A was available for $647 which allowed for the house parts but didn't include the lot, foundation, basement (with separate access in this case), electrical, plumbling, or heating systems.
