More appropriately described as a Minimal Traditional, this plan shows clearly its Colonial antecedents. It's similar in mass to a Cape Cod, but lacks the symmetry that defines that style. This home has two rooms upstairs that were probably offered as room to grow. Access is direct from the garage to the kitchen and the floor plan is very convenient.
