This plan is a true Minimal Traditional style that was extremely popular with post-WWII home buyers. Again, less than 1000 sf, this plan has an open floor plan with a modest living room and small "dinette." The kitchen is large enough to eat in. Bedrooms have windows on two sides for cross ventilation ... a feature that disappears in later construction.
