This small house was designed for the small family. The galley kitchen has direct access to the garage where the utilities are located. The L-shaped open living/dining room has a corner fireplace. We imagine this plan would have been much more pleasant with doors from the living room wall to an exterior terrace. Two bedrooms and one bath plus living comprise the 922 sf footprint.
