One of the more popular designs was a variant of plan 1037 with its curved kitchen window. It never ceases to amaze me how you can pack so much character into such a tiny footprint. Less than 1000 sf makes this a perfect little house for a one person or a couple minimalists. I'd take it in a heartbeat!
