Even by today's standards this 2100+ square foot plan would be considered a large home, and one that was designed for privacy even among family members. It marks a distinct departure from the conservative, small homes of the first half of the 20th century to the larger, more expansive homes of the second. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and two of the three have walk-through closet dressing rooms. The long hall way is lined with closets for mechanical systems as well as storage.
