This plan reveals a hint of the Asian influence in the subtly curved roof and louvered window treatments. This plan is just a little over 1300 square feet, but manages three bedrooms and a bath and a half. The single full bath is well appointed with separate shower and tub as well as a double vanity. The L-shaped open living room and dining area and kitchen with an eat-in nook look very functional.
