This average 1200 square foot house plan for the late 50s and early 60s offered a bath and a half, three bedrooms, family room, and eat-in kitchen. This plan is imperfect for its several flaws such as the lack of a dedicated dining room; entertaining the boss would have been problematic. However, there's easy access to the kitchen from the garage and a covered patio for dining alfresco. Stylistically, it has a light Pacific Islands touch with the exposed rafters and beams. The enclosed entry courtyard was a common amenity.
