Design 3705 is all about access to the patio at the rear of this home. The house is roughly L-shaped and wraps the patio providing ample access from the master bedroom, kitchen, den, and hall. The living room suffers from the "best room" syndrome which was common to many mid-century middle-class houses. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths make this a spacious home, particularly with the huge private outdoor space.
