Plan No. 206 is basic box, but the plan would have had its appeal for young post-WWII families. There is little wasted space and the kitchen is large enough to accommodate a table plus a variety of utilities including a laundry sink, water heater, fridge, and broom closet. A modern L-shaped living/dining room is grounded on one end with a large stone fireplace.
