1945 New Era Homes — Brown–Blodgett Company

The flared eave on the gambrel roof, two facing gabled dormers, side porch, and attached garage would have appealed to many prospective home buyers. The main body of this attractive Dutch Colonial is just 24 feet square, but because of the conveniently attached garage (note the direct access to the kitchen) a third bedroom was planned over the garage.
