1945 New Era Homes — Brown–Blodgett Company

The main body of the Harwich is very similar to a Cape Cod, but would be better classified as a Modern Colonial or Colonial Rambler. Certainly, the bedroom extension and breezeway connecting to the garage give it considerably more breadth than a standard Cape. This plan is a small two-bedroom/one bath, but well appointed. The living room/dining, like many Post War homes, has a garden view facing the rear of the property.
