The Magnolia plan is a full two stories with an upper gallery balcony that is reminiscent of the Spanish Revival Monterey style. Fused with the Minimal Traditional, it's an interesting mid-century hybrid. Others might describe it as a two-story ranch. The chimney, siding treatment, and details create an eclectic mix. Like more traditional plans, the living rooms (inlcuding a half bath) are downstairs with three bedrooms and full bath upstairs.
