The Ivywood was available in three versions of small: tiniest, tiny, and little. The tiniest version was just 468 square feet, which is about the size of many studio apartments, yet it still offers two bedrooms. The modern, mini-ranch aesthetic comes from the simple gabled shape and prominent living room window.
