Who hasn't walked past homes like the Brewster, usually without giving them a thought? Little houses like these rarely merit more than a passing glance, but when you stop to think about it, they have everything a little family could need. Plan 1 seems more flexible in its layout, but Plan 2 seems more practical for a small family. The Brewster was introduced in 1936 and discontinued by 1953.
